I don't remember much about writing this song. I'm guessing it was one of those "try-and-write-a-new-song-before-the-next-gig" songs. We used to try and do that as much as possible. We didn't want to be playing the same 8-10 songs every show for a year. Some of these rushed songs turned out pretty good. I guess this was one of them.
 
I always liked the pre-chorus in this song. And I think I still do.
