I hate that this song is the lead off track to the CD. While I think it's a pretty decent song, I wish someone else would sing it. Or that we'd moved it into a slightly higher key. It makes me cringe to hear that opening verse.
 
I remember going over to Chico's old apartment in Burbank the night before I went in to do the lead guitar tracks. Chico came up with the little counter-melody guitar line in the chorus that I really do like very much.
