John: I was looking at my past e-mail and found this one from you. The fact that you were 'honored' to send me a CD is great, just great. I remember how that made me smile at the time.

I just turned fifty, and I have a trained ear for great pop, and I have to tell you, "Going Nowhere" is my favorite song of all this year. One for my desert island list, my friend. That is just perfect music making. I'm terrible about keeping my playlists updated, but I have played that song many times, and it usually prompts an email to the station.

There are so many good pop tunesmiths out there like yourself. Keep doing it for us, will you?
