Have you ever experienced having somebody join your side of an argument and immediately make you wish they'd go away? That's kind of what this song is about. "Your help is only hindering" sums it up nicely I think.
 
My favorite memory from this track would have to be the day we recorded Brian's guitar parts in his laundry room. His mom was doing laundry in there while Brian was wailing away.
